By downloading, installing, or using the Cheap Shots mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and VIP members.

2. About the App

The Cheap Shots app is provided by Cheap Shots Bar and Restaurant ("Cheap Shots", "we", "us", or "our"). The App provides information about our bar, including hours, specials, events, and other content. The App also offers optional VIP membership features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account or use the App, as our establishment serves alcohol.

4. VIP Membership

The App offers an optional VIP membership program. VIP members may receive access to features and benefits including but not limited to exclusive offers, participation in giveaways, and other member perks as made available from time to time.

VIP membership benefits are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership feature at any time with or without notice.

Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. In-App Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases or paid membership tiers, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of any paid features.

Payments are processed through the applicable app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). Their respective terms and policies apply to all transactions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user's use of the App
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cheap Shots Bar and Restaurant or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cheap Shots Bar and Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
